בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה׳ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִּיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה
Baruch Atah Ado-noi Elo-heinu Melech ha'olam, shehecheyanu v'kiy'manu v'higianu lazman hazeh
Blessed are You, Hashem our G-d, King of the universe, who has kept us alive, sustained us, and brought us to this season — recited over a new fruit.
Before Serving
Before heating the trays, remove the dates and the new fruit. The dates should be checked for insects before eating. Cover and heat for 30 minutes at 350°.
Ingredients: carrots, beets, dates, squash, cabbage and new fruit.
יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ ה׳ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ
